Effective April 28, 2025, Act No. 3 of 2025 established the Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities which consists of Office of Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities, the Office of Mental Health and the Office of Substance Use Services. DDSN is now the Office of Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities. Learn more
