Ms. Elizabeth Lemmond, Director of Human Resources

Elizabeth Lemmond is the Human Resources Director for DDSN and has held that position for nearly five years, following more than a year as a regional HR Director when first started at the agency in August 2016. Prior to DDSN, she spent 25 years in human resources at the South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control, the South Carolina Department of Parks, Recreation & Tourism, and the South Carolina Department of Health and Human Services. Ms. Lemmond received her Bachelor’s degree from the University of South Carolina. She values the mission at DDSN and enjoys providing support to employees who can then better serve those with special needs.
