Mr. Quincy Swygert, Chief Financial Officer

Quincy Swygert serves as the Chief Financial Officer for DDSN and has served in that role since he started with the agency in September 2022. Prior to DDSN, he was the Bureau Chief of Planning and Budget at the South Carolina Department of Health and Human Services where he managed budgets for the state’s Medicaid program. Since 2008, he has held various positions in state government finance with more than eight years of experience in a healthcare setting. Mr. Swygert earned his Bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington. At DDSN, he embraces the critical role of protecting the vital assets of the agency, which serves one of South Carolina's most vulnerable populations.
