We Oversee many of the administrative functions of the DDSN Operated Waiver Programs including:

   •  The Waiver Enrollment/Disenrollment process for the ID/RD and CS Waiver Programs

   •  Reviewing and approving Case Management Annual Support Plans for Medicaid Compliance

   •  Review requests for services to determine whether they meet Medicaid requirements and service definitions

   •  Offer technical assistance to Case Managers
