We employ a Quality Management System which:
• Includes the cycle of design, discovery, remediation and improvement,
• Measures both input and output of processes,
• Seeks quality built into the service delivery system on the front end, and
• Contracts with a Quality Improvement Organization to conduct assessments of service providers by making on-site visits in its quality assurance process.
